  Do not move here! I've been living here for about a year and I have a whole list of reasons why this place is awful. When we first moved in there was a large bees best on the fence of our patio, we asked if maintenance could removed and they said they would, but never showed up. Our washer broke and we went up so maintenance could fix it. They came to our apartment, worked on it for about 5 minutes, said it was fixed and left. A few days later I went to do laundry and the washer was full of water and they haven't been back here again to fix it (it's been a couple weeks). Our car got towed after they started enforcing parking passes even though our car had a parking pass. They didn't reimburse us the full amount and it was over $200.
